The remaining amount needs to be paid on the day of arrival at the latest.
Availability of the premises for the chosen date will be confirmed via email.
The final reservation will be confirmed after receiving the advance payment for the chosen apartment or vacation home. In case of non-payment, the initial reservation will be cancelled after 3 working days. The reservation needs to be cancelled at the latest 60 days prior to the arrival date. Otherwise a proportional amount of the advance payment will be retained. The level of the amount depends upon the date of the cancellation. A refundable deposit is required for the use of the equipment and facilities, which will be returned after the duration of the stay if no damage is caused.
